Chief Financial Officer
Kyield is a leader at the confluence of human and machine intelligence with a patented AI system that tailors data to each entity, including for the entire organization, for each business unit and individual. The modular system design can then be extended to partners and customers for AI-enhanced precision data management, which is substantially automated.
After two decades of R&D Kyield is well prepped at growth stage with one of the strongest customer and R&D pipelines in the industry. The CFO will start with a clean slate initially managing all aspects of finance and accounting as our first CFO, building a team to prepare for and execute growth in a well-funded leader in one of the most important and valuable sectors of the economy. He/she will work with counterparts in leading companies and organizations worldwide, many of which have been engaged in process for multiple years. As a member of the senior leadership team the CFO will work closely with the CEO and other senior team members to help develop and implement ongoing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a high growth company with critical technology and/or systems and a conservative financial culture. While experience with all stages from launch through maturity is preferable, this is very much a hands-on growth stage role:

The CFO will have responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day financial management of the company.

Work closely with founder & CEO as a trusted advisor towards the success of the company.

Provide financial and operational metrics and analytics to executive management.

Develop and implement internal systems, processes and continuous improvement.

Advise the CEO, Board and others on financial and accounting strategy, tactics, systems and reporting.

Prepare regular accounting and financial reports.

Develop and maintain financing strategies, lender and banking relationships.

Manage corporate accounting, AP, AR and third party financing initiatives for customers.

Coordinate and develop budgets and forecasts.

Source and manage insurance, benefits, compensation and payroll methods and systems.

Assist with office IT and oversee internal IT systems relating to finance and accounting.

Provide sound cash management and cash forecasting.

Report results to CEO and Board monthly and quarterly.

Regional Relationship Managers

Within these functional areas highly specific use cases continuously target areas of highest priority and ROI for organizations of all types and sizes.
Position Responsibilities
In exchange for a protected territory that includes mutual revenue sharing with other regions, the regional relationship manager will be responsible for a defined territory in further developing relationships with senior management in customer organizations, providing a pre-selling consultative approach in demonstrating the value of the Kyield OS.
The relationship manager will qualify prospects, mature relationships, negotiate sales agreements, close transactions, and follow up with customers on an ongoing continuous loop basis. The relationship manager will have frequent interaction with senior Kyield management as well as customers, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and others in large companies as well as directors of government agencies.
Weekly calls will be held with Kyield senior management. The relationship management process and progress will be maintained and updated on a daily basis.
Desired Skills and Experience

More than ten years in high level, high value, complex relationship management to include advanced technology

Proficient in negotiating, crafting and monitoring complex contracts including technology

Excellent skill and talent in relationship management involving critical strategic issues with chief executives

Professional level communicator in honest, truth-seeking, and trust building manner

Work closely in collaborative manner with Kyield management on strategic and tactical planning, mitigation, resolutions, training, meetings and conferences
This position can be an individual contractor or expansion of a pre-existing business in a fast growing and critical field. An executive role with exceptionally high earnings potential, which requires mutual exclusivity and dedication.
